The EURAD-2 Bureau prepared a proposal of guiding criteria and arguments for selection of the templates #2 which will be allowed to move to the next stage. This proposal has been shared for validation with the Programme Management Office and the Colleges in January 2026. The selection step through the Colleges is planned in February 2026. It is only after this step that the development of the corresponding Templates 3 will start. According to the current schedule they will be due in May 2026. Please note that the EURATOM Call has not yet been published, thus planning information are provisionnal.

EURAD-2 aims to be as needs-driven as possible. Therefore, the programme is deployed in a “two waves” format to ensure the possibility of integrating in the course of the programme new emerging needs from the community.
