Annual event n°1

The event will take place at Hotel Best Western Plus Tower (Bologna- Italy). There is no registration fee for this event which is open to every EURAD-2 participants and registered end-users. 

The General Assembly n°3 will take place on Monday 8 September 2025. The attendance is restricted to GA representatives, WP Leaders, PMO and Bureau members. 

Participants should arrange their travel and accomodation bookings. The related costs can be included in the next EURAD-2 reporting period. 

This event is primarily an in-person event. In case of reaching the maximum capacity of attendance, priority will be given to Consortium members. It is a 1star event in terms of hybridisation: online participants can only listen to the session. They will not be able to interact in any manner and will not hear audience questions.
